With all the recent talk about the national housing market I thought I'd give you an insight into what's going on in the local (Haverhill, Lawrence, Methuen) market.

Haverhill:
   Singel Family Homes:   The median price of sold homes is down 3.3% from this time last year.
    Current Median Price:   $289,900
    Condos:                          The median price of sold condos has remained the same from this time last year.
    Current Median Price:   $182,400

Lawrence:
    Single Family Homes:     The median price of sold homes is down 12% from this time last year.
    Current Median Price:   $158,295
    Condos:                                   The median price of sold condos is up 30% from this time last year.
    Current Median Price:   $80,000

Methuen:
    Single Family Homes:   Median price of sold homes is down 1.8% from this time last year.
     Current Median Price: $269,900
    Condos:                         The median price of sold condos is down 5.7% from this time last
    Current Median Price: $207,361
